In 2005, Kevin Kossowan started an online diary about his life and the food and agriculture around him. Now the owner of a production company, Story Chaser Productions, Kevin’s greatest endeavour yet has been his series, From the Wild, which places a spotlight on the cookery skills and techniques stemming hunting, fishing and foraging wild foods.
Kevin and his colleagues have also worked alongside the University of Alberta, the City of Edmonton Food Council, Alberta Culinary Tourism plus numerous accoladed chefs and culinary experts, including those behind the series Cook It Raw.
