Now living in Houston, Grover has managed multiple award-winning Texan restaurants including Bernadine's, Pass & Provisions and Foreign & Domestic. However, one of his biggest accomplishments to date spans far beyond the lone star state's lines; Indie Chefs Week (ICW).
