Braised Beef Short Ribs and Trumpet mushrooms

8 cups Water
1/2 cup Dried black trumpet mushrooms
4 each CLUB HOUSE ® Beef Gravy 25g

Club House ® Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning

Club House ® Cinnamon Sticks
Beef short ribs | Serves 4
4 each Boneless beef short ribs (400 gr each)
1 cup Spanish onions, finely chopped
2 tbsps
Club House ® Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning
2 tbsps Vegetable oil
1 tbsps Garlic, finely chopped
Procedure
Preheat oven to 375°F
Sauce
For the sauce combine all the ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reserve.
Beef short ribs
Season beef short ribs with 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning.
Heat oil and skillet over medium heat, sear meat on all side.
Reserve meat. Remove excess fat and add onions and garlic. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place seared beef short ribs in a Dutch oven.
Add sautéed onion and sauce, meat must be completely covered with sauce.
Place in a pre-heated oven set at 375F for 2 hours.
Remove meat from the sauce, reduce to proper consistency.
