- 16 oz (500 grams) Top round steak
- 2 tbsps (30 milliliters) Red wine
- 2 tbsps (30 milliliters) Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsps (7 milliliters) Club House La Grille ® Montreal Steak Spice
- 1 1/2 tsps (7 milliliters) Italian Seasoning225 GR
- 1/2 tsps (2 milliliters) Garlic Powder525 GR
- 1/2 tsp (2 milliliters) Worcestershire sauce
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large self-closing plastic bag or glass bowl. Add steak and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer for extra flavour.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill or broil steak 8-12 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Slice on the diagonal and serve.
