Ingredients
Serves 6
- 1 pound (500 grams) Lean ground beef
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) Water
- 1/3 cup (75 milliliters) Club House ® Tex Mex Seasoning
- 2 tbsps (30 milliliters) All-purpose flour
- 6 each 10-inch (25-cm) flour tortillas
- 1 bunch Shredded lettuce
Procedure
Prep
- Cook beef in large frying pan until browned. Drain off fat.
- Combine seasoning flour and water. Add to beef.
- Cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
Service
- Spoon some of beef filling onto tortilla. Add toppings. Fold over and enjoy.
