Montreal Steak and Mushroom Slider Burger

15 ml (30 milliliters) Vegetable oil
250 ml (500 milliliters) Diced onion
500 ml (1 liter) Sliced wild mushrooms
30 ml (60 milliliters)
Club House La Grille ® Montreal Steak Spice
500 g (1 kilogram) Lean ground beef chuck
250 ml (500 milliliters) Grated mozzarella cheese
30 ml (60 milliliters) Diced roasted red peppers
60 ml (125 milliliters) Bread crumbs
1 each Egg
12 each Mini burger buns
1-2 each Lettuce leaves and Roma tomatoes to garnish
Heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and mushrooms separately over medium heat until fully cooked. Set aside and cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Montreal Steak Spice, ground beef, mozzarella cheese, peppers, bread crumbs, eggs, sautéed onion and mushrooms.
Form mini burgers, approximately 85 g each. Place burger on medium-high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Place cooked burgers on bun and top with lettuce, tomato and other desired toppings.
