750 g (3 kilogram) Medium ground beef
1 each Large egg
15 ml (60 milliliters)
Club House La Grille ® Montreal Steak Spice
6 each Presoaked skewers
Procedure
In large bowl gently combine medium ground beef beaten egg and seasoning. Shape mixture into 3 meatballs per serving and thread onto skewers. Grill until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
