Smoky pulled pork and mozzarella cheese flatbread with Cattlemen’s® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce.

- 4 each Flatbread Crust, 12" (30-cm), Par-Baked
- 2 cups (500 milliliters) Cattlemens ® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
- 1 quart (452 grams) Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 pound (500 grams) Pork Shoulder, Braised or Smoked, Pulled
- 3 cups (750 milliliters) Red Onion, Julienne
- 4 tsps (20 milliliters) Cialntro, Whole Leaves
Procedure
Service
- Set oven to 400°F (200°C). For each serving, spread 1 flatbread with 1/2 cup (125 ml) BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2" (1-cm) border along edge.
- Cover with 1 cup (113 grams) mozzarella, 4 ounces (113 g) pulled pork, and 3/4 cup (175 ml) onions.
- Bake until cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cilantro. Serve hot.

Grilled chicken or steak work well as an alternate protein in this flatbread.
