Steamed Korean style BBQ Shrimp in a Banana Leaf

1 pounds Shrimp raw P&D
1/2 cup Water chestnut julienne
Club House La Grille ® Korean Style BBQ Seasoning
1/2 cup each, Green onion sliced, Shiitake mushrooms sliced
2 tsps Corn starch
8 each Banana leaf 4 inches X 6 inches
In a food processor puree 200 gr of raw shrimp, dice ¼ inch remaining shrimp and combine both.
Add Club House Korean Style BBQ Seasoning, shiitake mushrooms and sliced green onions.
Fold in water chestnut and corn starch.
Place 75 gr of shrimp mixture in the center on the banana leaf.
Fold banana leaf and place in a steam basket.
Steam shrimp for 15 minutes.
