- 4 pounds (1 4/5 kilograms) Campbell’s Foodservice Signature Boston Clam Chowder
- 8 cups (1 9/10 liters) Water
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) Club House ® Original Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsps (30 milliliters) Cholula ® Original Hot Sauce
Garnish | Serves 12
- Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Crackers, Original
- Chives, chopped
- Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
Procedure
Prep
- Place soup blocks (4 lbs/1800 g) in heavy-bottom stock pot set over medium heat.
- Add water, Cajun Seasoning and Original Hot Sauce to soup base; cover.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Hold warm for service.
Service
- For each serving, ladle soup into a warm bowl. Garnish with Goldfish, chives and bacon.
