- 45 ml (250 milliliters) Cajun Seasoning560 GR
- 45 ml (250 milliliters) Water
- 30 ml (175 milliliters) Olive oil
- 12 pieces Jumbo shrimp
- Combine all ingredients in plastic bag. Leave 1 hour. Thread 3 shrimp on each of 4 skewers. Grill or broil 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are just turning pink and are tender and juicy.
Replace some or all of shrimp with large scallops.
