250 ml (750 milliliters) Shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 package Tortilla chips or crackers
125 ml (375 milliliters) Sour cream
30 ml (90 milliliters) Tex Mex560 GR
250 ml (750 milliliters) Tex Mex Bean Dip (see recipe)
2 each Avocados
15 ml (45 milliliters) Lime juice
1 each Large tomato
2 each Jalapeno pepper
½ each Red bell pepper
Procedure
Cream together cream cheese sour cream and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blends Seasoning and spread in 9-in (23 cm) serving dish. Spread Tex Mex Bean Dip over sour cream layer. Combine avocados lime juice tomato and jalapeno peppers and spread over first layer. Sprinkle with red and green bell peppers. Top with layer of Tex Mex Salsa and then sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate several hours. Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.
