Procedure
- Place chicken wings in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and reserve.
- Combine cola and soya sauce with Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Reserve 1/8 of the sauce for dipping.
- In a large mixing bowl combine chicken wings and remaining sauce. Refrigerate meat for 1 hour.
- Drain excess liquid and grill chicken over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve wings with reserved sauce.
