Procedure

1. Cook wings fully to an internal temperature of 165*F. Immediately after cooking, toss wings with 2 tbsp. of seasoning per pound of wings.
2. For a saucy wing, combine the 2 tbsp. of seasoning with 2 tbsp. of hot water and toss with wings.
