Basque-Inspired Rub with Espelette Pepper

Ingredients Quantities
Espelette pepper powder 3/4 cup
Club House Italian Seasoning 225 g 1/4 cup
Club House Onion Powder 480 g 2 tbsp


Mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place.


Test Kitchen Tips:
Espelette pepper powder can be found in specialty food stores or online. A hot paprika, such as McCormick Gourmet™ Hot Hungarian Paprika can be used as a substitute, if unable to find piment d’Espelette.
