Korean Style BBQ Beef Braised in Coconut Milk

Beef sirloin 2 1/2 lb
Club House La Grille Korean Style BBQ Seasoning 56 g
Canola oil 1 tbsp
Spanish onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup
Green onion sliced, cilantro stems 1/4 cup
Club House La Grille Korean Style BBQ Seasoning 3 tbsp
Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk 3 1/2 cups
Lime juice fresh 1 tbsp
Cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup

Instructions

Marinade beef sirloin with 5 % Club House Korean Style BBQ Seasoning for 6 to 8 hours.

Sear beef sirloin with 2 tsp (10 ml) of canola oil on all sides. Reserve.

Sauté onions, green onions and cilantro stems with remaining oil.

Add remaining Club House Korean Style BBQ Seasoning, sauté for 1 minute.

Add Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, cover and braise meat for 1 hour at 375F.

After beef is tender, remove excess fat, reduce sauce if necessary.

Add fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro.

Served with basmati rice.
