|Canola oil||1 tbsp|
|Spanish onion, finely chopped||1/2 cup|
|Green onion sliced, cilantro stems||1/4 cup|
|Club House La Grille Korean Style BBQ Seasoning||3 tbsp|
|Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk||3 1/2 cups|
|Lime juice fresh||1 tbsp|
|Cilantro, chopped||1/4 cup|
Marinade beef sirloin with 5 % Club House Korean Style BBQ Seasoning for 6 to 8 hours.
Sear beef sirloin with 2 tsp (10 ml) of canola oil on all sides. Reserve.
Sauté onions, green onions and cilantro stems with remaining oil.
Add remaining Club House Korean Style BBQ Seasoning, sauté for 1 minute.
Add Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, cover and braise meat for 1 hour at 375F.
After beef is tender, remove excess fat, reduce sauce if necessary.
Add fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro.
Served with basmati rice.
