|Kona coffee beans (can use any whole bean)||500 mL|
|Club House La Grille Montreal Steak Spice||175 mL|
|Club House Chipotle Chili Pepper, Ground||50 mL|
|Vegetable oil||50 mL|
|Rib-eye steaks||4 each|
|Red bliss potatoes||500 g|
|1 cm sliced white onions||125 mL|
|Butter or margarine||45 mL|
|Old Bay Seasoning||10 mL|
Combine the coffee beans and seasoning and grind until fine. If the coffee is left too coarse the flavours will not be balanced. Combine the blended seasoning and oil. Brush over steaks. Marinate at least 2 hours or up to overnight so the rub flavours the meat. Grill or broil to the desired degree of doneness (meat should reach internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)). Serve with OLD BAY Roasted Potatoes.
In stainless steel bowl combine cooked potatoes onions butter and OLD BAY Seasoning. Toss well to coat. Place potatoes on sheet pan and bake in 450°F (230°C Gas Mark 8) oven for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
