Braised Beef Short Ribs and Trumpet mushrooms Chipotle Cinnamon sauce

Club House Beef Gravy 25g 4 each
Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning 4 tbsp
Water 8 cups
Club House Cinnamon Sticks 3 each
Dried black trumpet mushrooms 1/2 cup
Beef short ribs
Boneless beef short ribs (400 gr each) 4 each
Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Spanish onions, finely chopped 1 cup
Garlic, finely chopped 1 tbsp


1. For the sauce combine all the ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reserve.

2. Season beef short ribs with 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning.

3. Heat oil and skillet over medium heat, sear meat on all side.

4. Reserve meat. Remove excess fat and add onions and garlic. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Place seared beef short ribs in a Dutch oven.

6. Add sautéed onion and sauce, meat must be completely covered with sauce.

7. Place in a pre-heated oven set at 375F for 2 hours.

8. Remove meat from the sauce, reduce to proper consistency.
