- 1 cup (250 milliliters) Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsps (15 milliliters) Rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) Water
- 1 1/2 tbsps (7 milliliters) Korean Style BBQ Seasoning 765G
- 1 tsps (5 milliliters) each, Ginger paste, garlic paste, sesame oil
- 2 tbsps (28 grams) Butter unsalted
Procedure
- Combine all the ingredients with the exception of the butter.
- Simmer and reduce liquid to a light glaze.
- Add butter, whisk until completely melted.
