Chipotle Sweet Potato Mash

2 pounds Sweet potato, peeled and diced ½ inch (4 medium size potato)
8 cups Water
8 tsps
1 tbsps Unsalted butter
2 tbsps Buttermilk
4 tsps Grated parmesan cheese

Procedure
Combine water and 4 Tsp (20 ml) of La Grille Chipotle Mango Seasoning, bring to simmer in a steamer pot.
Place peeled and diced sweet potato in a steamer basket, cover with lid.
Steam potatoes for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
Place potato in a bowl, puree with potato masher or ricer.
Add butter, buttermilk and remaining 4 Tsp (20 ml) of La Grille Chipotle Mango Seasoning.
Wisk or the ingredients until butter is completely melted.
Place sweet potato mash in a ramequin, drizzle potato with Cattlemen’s Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese and French’s Jalapeno Crunchy Toppers.
