- 2 pounds Sweet potato, peeled and diced ½ inch (4 medium size potato)
- 8 cups Water
- 8 tsps
- 1 tbsps Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsps Buttermilk
- 4 tsps Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup
Procedure
- Combine water and 4 Tsp (20 ml) of La Grille Chipotle Mango Seasoning, bring to simmer in a steamer pot.
- Place peeled and diced sweet potato in a steamer basket, cover with lid.
- Steam potatoes for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Place potato in a bowl, puree with potato masher or ricer.
- Add butter, buttermilk and remaining 4 Tsp (20 ml) of La Grille Chipotle Mango Seasoning.
- Wisk or the ingredients until butter is completely melted.
- Place sweet potato mash in a ramequin, drizzle potato with Cattlemen’s Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
- Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese and French’s Jalapeno Crunchy Toppers.
