1 cup Julienned red onion and olive oil (each)
2 cups Shaved fennel, julienned carrot, red pepper, mango and kohlrabi (each)

6 tbsps Chopped parsley
Procedure
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Cover and refrigerate.
