      - Serves 4
-  8 cups Green kale, finely sliced  
-  1 cup Julienned red onion and olive oil (each)  
-  2 cups Shaved fennel, julienned carrot, red pepper, mango and kohlrabi (each)  
-  1/2 cup   
-  1/2 cup Cider vinegar  
-  2 tsps Celery seeds  
-  6 tbsps Chopped parsley  
Procedure
 - 1.	In a large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well.
2.	Cover and refrigerate.
