- 4 each Baking potatoes (350 gr to 400 gr average weight)
- 1/4 cup each, Buttermilk – Cream cheese
- 4 tsps each, LaGrille Vegetable Seasoning – Cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 cup Cattlemen’s Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Procedure
- Wrap each potato with foil, place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are sufficiently cooked through.
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scrape out the insides into the mixing bowl.
- Puree potatoes add buttermilk, cream cheese, LaGrille Vegetable Seasoning, whisk until well blended.
- Using a piping bag fill each potato, sprinkle potatoes with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle baked potatoes with Cattlemen’s Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
- Garnish with French’s Jalapeno Crunchy Toppers.
