Chipotle BBQ Twice Baked Potato

Procedure

1. Wrap each potato with foil, place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
2. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are sufficiently cooked through.
3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scrape out the insides into the mixing bowl.
4. Puree potatoes add buttermilk, cream cheese, LaGrille Vegetable Seasoning, whisk until well blended.
5. Using a piping bag fill each potato, sprinkle potatoes with Cheddar cheese.
6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
7. Drizzle baked potatoes with Cattlemen’s Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
8. Garnish with French’s Jalapeno Crunchy Toppers.
