Club House ® Caraway Seed
2 heads Large savoy cabbages
50 ml Water
125 ml Butter
Procedure
Heat the oil in a very large pan and fry the caraway seed for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and water and stir fry until the cabbage is tender. Add the butter and toss until melted.
