Creamy mashed sweet potatoes with a smoky BBQ twist and French’s® Crispy Onions topping.

Prep
- Combine water and 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of the Cattlemen’s Smokehouse Rub. Bring to simmer in steamer pot. Place sweet potatoes in steamer basket, cover with lid.
- Steam potatoes 20 minutes or until tender.
- Transfer potatoes to bowl; mash with potato masher or ricer. Add buttermilk, butter and remaining 4 teaspoons (20 ml) Cattlemen’s Smokehouse Rub. Whisk until butter is completely melted.
Service
- Place sweet potato mash in ramequins or individual serving dishes.
- Drizzle with Cattlemen’s Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and French’s Crispy Onions.
