Watermelon Feta Salad with Honey Mint Dressing | Club House for Chefs

6 cups Large (2/5 cm) diced watermelon
1 pinch Salt to taste
2 tbsps Liquid White Honey Squeeze Beehive1 KG
2 tbsps Olive oil
1/2 cup Diced feta cheese
3 cups Seeded and diced cucumber
2 each Limes
3 tbsps Cider vinegar
1/4 cup Chopped fresh mint or fresh basil
1/2 tsps Pepper Black Ground540 GR

Procedure

In a large bowl combine all ingredient. Gently stir until combined well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
