Tex Mex Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
Serves 24
4 each Medium potatoes
15 ml (90 milliliters) Butter or margarine
30 ml (175 milliliters) Milk
15 ml (90 milliliters) Tex Mex560 GR
1 pinch Shredded cheddar cheese
Procedure
Bake and cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop pulp from shell into bowl and add butter milk and seasoning. Mash until fluffy; refill potato shells. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and broil until golden.
