This is the ultimate lemon dessert. Meyer lemon mingles with the sweetness of limoncello and the herbal notes of thyme.
Ingredients

- 250 ml (1 1/2 liters) Water
- 5 ml (30 milliliters) Club House ® Thyme Leaves
- 90 ml (550 milliliters) Sugar
- 250 ml (1 1/2 liters) Meyer lemon juice
- 125 ml (750 milliliters) Limoncello
Procedure
- In a sauce pan combine the water thyme and sugar. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. When the sugar has completely dissolved remove from the heat and let the syrup cool. In a bowl combine the simple syrup and lemon juice. Whisk to combine and refrigerate until chilled. Pour the sorbet base in an ice cream maker and freeze.
