For Fruit: Prepare as directed and place in 10 bowls.
For Syrup: Place all of the syrup ingredients except the orange and lime juice in a saucepan along with 1.25 L of water. Place over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Increase the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool slightly and add the orange and lime juices. Pour the prepared syrup over fruit and serve.
