Montreal Chicken Cola Wings

2 kg (4 kilogram) Chicken wings
750 ml (1 1/2 liters) Cola
250 ml (500 milliliters) Soya sauce
60 ml (125 milliliters)
Club House La Grille ® Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Place chicken wings in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and reserve.
Combine cola and soya sauce with Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Reserve 1/8 of the sauce for dipping.
In a large mixing bowl combine chicken wings and remaining sauce. Refrigerate meat for 1 hour.
Drain excess liquid and grill chicken over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve wings with reserved sauce.
