Get heated up with this spicy twist on poutine. Crispy homestyle fries are topped with Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Sauce Gravy, squeaky cheese curds, juicy chicken and sliced green onions for the perfect finish.

Serves 12
- 5 pounds French fries, hot and crispy
- 2 pounds White Cheddar cheese curds
- 4 cups Brown gravy
- 16 each Breaded chicken fingers
- 2 cups Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
- 1 cup Green onions, sliced
Procedure
- Prepare brown gravy and add Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce, reserve.
- Set deep fryer at 375°F (190°C), deep-fry chicken to internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), reserve.
- Place fries in shallow dishes; sprinkle white Cheddar cheese curds on top.
- Drizzle fries and cheese with ½ of the Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sandwich gravy.
- Cut chicken fingers into bite size pieces and place on top of fries.
- Drizzle with the remaining Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sandwich gravy.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
