- 4 pounds (1 4/5 kilograms) Campbell's Foodservice Signature Chicken Corn Chowder
- 8 cups (1 9/10 liters) Water
- 1 1/2 cups (375 milliliters) Franks ® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
Garnish | Serves 12
- Chives, chopped
- Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Blue Cheese, crumbled
Procedure
Prep
- Place soup blocks (4 lbs/1800 g) in heavy-bottom stock pot set over medium heat.
- Add water and RedHot Buffalo Sauce to soup base; cover.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Hold warm for service.
Service
- For each serving, ladle soup into a warm bowl. Garnish with chives, Cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
