- 4 pounds (1 4/5 kilograms) Campbell’s Foodservice Signature Hearty Vegetables and Beef
- 8 cups (1 4/5 liters) Water
- 1/3 cup (80 milliliters) Club House® Gourmet Ras El Hanout
- Lemon Juice, to taste
Garnish | Serves 12
- Crispy Chickpeas
- Cilantro, chopped
Procedure
Prep
- Place soup blocks (4 lbs/1800 g) in heavy-bottom stock pot set over medium heat.
- Add water and Ras El Hanout Seasoning to soup base; cover.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Finish with lemon juice to taste. Hold warm for service.
Service
- For each serving, ladle soup into a warm bowl. Garnish with crispy chickpeas and cilantro.
