Sprinkle 1 cup (250 mL) seasoning onto the ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Place ribs into hotel pans, combine water with ½ cup (125 mL) seasoning and pour over ribs. Cover with foil and bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients for BBQ sauce and use to baste ribs.
