In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt and lemon juice with the Club House Greek Signature Seasoning Blend. Place pork in mixture and turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a skillet on medium high heat add vegetable oil. Sear pork tenderloin and place in 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) oven for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Remove meat from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
