- 6 each Atlantic salmon filet skinless 5 oz (150 gr)
- 1 tbsps
- 6 tbsps Panko crumbs
Pesto | Serves 4
- 1 cup Fresh basil
- 1 tbsps Fresh garlic
- 1 tbsps Lemon juice
- 1 cup Light olive oil
- 5 tbsps
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup Hemp heart (Raw Shelled Hemp Seed)
Procedure
- 1. Place the basil leaves and toasted almonds into the bowl of a food processor and pulse.
- 2. Add the garlic and Parmesan cheese and pulse several times.
- 3. Add remaining ingredients with the exception of the light olive oil.
- 4. While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady small stream.
- 5. Reserve pesto and refrigerate until required.
- 6. Season the 6 portions of salmon with 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Club House Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoning.
- 7. Generously brush salmon with pesto, sprinkle each piece of salmon with 1 Tbsp (15 ml) of panko crumbs.
- 8. Bake in pre-heated oven set at 400F for 10 to 12 minutes.
