1/4 cup (60 milliliters)
Billy Bee Liquid Honey
4 tsps (20 milliliters)
Club House ® Garam Masala
1 tsps (5 milliliters)
Club House ® Sea Salt, French Mediterranean
1/4 tsps (1 milliliters)
Club House ® Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsps (1 milliliter)
Club House ® Cayenne Pepper, Ground
6 each Atlantic salmon, Centre cut
1 each Cedar plank
1 tbsps (15 milliliters) Olive oil
Soak cedar in water for 12 hours. Plank should be completely immersed in water.
In a pot, heat the honey, all of the seasoning and the ginger. Chill; use to marinade salmon for 4 hours under refrigeration.
Oil cedar plank, place salmon on the board. Place board on the grill and cover with a lid for 12 to 15 minutes. Glaze salmon occasionally with marinade. Grill until fish flakes easily with a fork.
