1. Soak cedar in water for 12 hours. Plank should be completely immersed in water.
2. In a pot, heat the honey, add all of the seasoning and the ginger. Chill and reserve to marinade salmon.
3. Marinade salmon for 4 hours under refrigeration.
4. Oil cedar plank, place salmon on the board.
5. Place board on the grill and cover with a lid for 12 to 15 minutes.
6. Glaze salmon occasionally with marinade.
