- 125 ml (750 milliliters) Butter
- 125 ml (750 milliliters) Sugar
- 125 ml (750 milliliters) Whipping (35%) cream
- 2 ml (15 milliliters) Club House ® Vanilla Extract, Pure
Procedure
- Place butter and sugar in large saucepan on medium heat. Cook and stir until mixture turns deep amber colour. Carefully stir in cream and vanilla (mixture will be bubbly and may splatter). Whisking constantly cook until sauce thickens and coats back of spoon.
