The Dirty Curry Poutine

Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk 1 cup
Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste 2 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Cilantro, to garnish
Green onions, chopped, to garnish

Instructions

This recipe was created by Dirty Dogs in Montreal.

1. In a sauce pan, combine Thai Kitchen Curry Paste, Coconut Milk, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Add smoked chicken and lower heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce has thickened. 2. Serve chicken strips on top of a classic poutine, spoon on 1-2 tablespoons of sauce and garnish with cilantro and green onions.
