Old Bay Wings

Melted butter 125 g
Old Bay Seasoning 30 mL
Lemon juice 15 mL
Chicken wings 24 each


Combine butter with OLD BAY seasoning and lemon juice. Fry chicken wings in 350°F (180°C) oil until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Toss wings with sauce to coat well. Serve.
