|Jim Beam Bourbon||1/4 cup|
|Billy Bee Liquid White Honey||1/4 cup|
|Soy sauce||1 tbsp|
|Club House La Grille Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic||1 tbsp|
|Lime juice||1 1/2 tbsp|
|Garnish with Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning||2 tsp|
All you do for marinating the wings: Season wings with Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning, toss until well coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
All you do for marinating the glazes: Melt butter and add flour, make a brown roux. Deglaze with Bourbon and flambé Add Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning, Billy Bee Honey, soy sauce and simmer sauce for 1 minute. Add lime juice and reserve.
All you do for preparing the wings: Deep fry wings at 350 F for 6 to 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175F. Toss wing with warm glaze and sprinkle with Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning to garnish.
