Chicken Wings with Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Bourbon Glaze

Chicken wings, ½ drumettes - ½ flats wing tips removed 2 lb
Club House La Grille Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic 2 tbsp
Glaze
Unsalted butter 5 tbsp
Flour A.P. 1 tbsp
Jim Beam Bourbon 1/4 cup
Billy Bee Liquid White Honey 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Club House La Grille Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 1/2 tbsp
Garnish with Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning 2 tsp

Instructions

All you do for marinating the wings: Season wings with Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning, toss until well coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

All you do for marinating the glazes: Melt butter and add flour, make a brown roux. Deglaze with Bourbon and flambé Add Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning, Billy Bee Honey, soy sauce and simmer sauce for 1 minute. Add lime juice and reserve.

All you do for preparing the wings: Deep fry wings at 350 F for 6 to 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175F. Toss wing with warm glaze and sprinkle with Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning to garnish.
