1 cup (250 milliliters) Everything Bagel Chips, Slightly Crushed
Procedure
Preheat convection oven to 225°F/107°C (conventional oven 250°F/121°C). Beat egg whites until frothy. Add nuts and toss to coat. Add everything seasoning and toss until evenly distributed.
Spread evenly onto parchment or silpat lined sheet tray and bake for 1 hour, stirring half way between cook time. Cool slightly and break apart. Once completely cooled toss in crushed bagel chips. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze and keep for up to 3 months.
