2 liters Speedy Pasta Sauce Italiano (recipe below)
1 kg Frozen Italian-style vegetables
1 package Frozen spinach
30 pieces Lasagna noodles

1 can Tomatoes
1 can Tomato paste (156 mL)
1 can Water (156 mL)
60 ml Italiano510 GR
250 g Ground beef
Procedure
For Lasagna. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC, Gas Mark 5) and lightly grease two 9 x 13-in (22 x 34 cm) baking dishes. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan and half of mozzarella cheese. Stir in Club House Italiano Seasoning. Set aside. To assemble: spread thin layer of Speedy Pasta Sauce Italiano on bottom of each pan. Arrange 5 lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Arrange Italian-style vegetables and sprinkle with spinach. Cover with half of remaining sauce. Layer 5 more noodles and spread with cheese mixture. Cover with 5 remaining noodles and remaining sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Place pans on baking sheets. Cover with foil and bake 1 ¼ hours or until bubbling. Remove foil and brown under broiler. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
For Speedy Pasta Sauce Italiano:In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
