Cut thin slices across top of potato almost to the bottom but not quite through. Brush melted butter on top and between the slices. Bake at 425°F (220°C Gas Mark 7) for 30 minutes. Re-brush potatoes with butter in the pan. Sprinkle seasoning on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
