Poached Chicken | Serves 4
- 1 pounds Chicken breast boneless / skinless
- 8 cups Water
- 3 tbsps each, Mirim, Club House Korean Style BBQ Seasoning
- 1 tbsps each, Ginger paste, lemon grass paste
Salad | Serves 4
- 2 cups each, Organic mix greens, baby spinach
- 1 cup each, Cucumber diced, sherry tomato cut half
- 1/2 cup each, Red peppers diced, yellow peppers diced, green peppers diced
Procedure
- For the poached chicken combine all the ingredients, simmer chicken breast until fully cooked.
- Chill chicken breast, shred chicken breast and reserve.
- In a large bowl combine all the vegetables, shredded chicken and the dressing.
- Mix salad until all the ingredients are well coated with the creamy dressing.
- Serve with Creamy Korean BBQ Style Sesame dressing.
