500 g (3 kilogram) Lean ground turkey
1 each Large egg
45 ml (250 milliliters) Dry bread crumbs
250 ml (1 1/2 liters) Cherry jam
Procedure
In large skillet over medium-high heat add vegetable oil and sautéed onion green and red peppers for 2 minutes. Stir in 2/3 of the Club House Roasted Garlic & Peppers Signature Blends Seasoning. Remove from heat and reserve. In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey sautéd vegetables eggs breadcrumbs and 250mL of the cherry jam. Form meat into meatballs about 40 g each. Place meat balls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a 425°F (220°C Gas Mark 7) oven for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). In saucepan over medium heat combine remaining cherry jam with the remaining seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. In large mixing bowl combine meatballs and cherry sauce.
