- 125 g (750 grams) Melted butter
- 30 ml (175 milliliters) OLD BAY® Seasoning
- 15 ml (90 milliliters) Lemon juice
- 24 each Chicken wings
- Combine butter with OLD BAY seasoning and lemon juice. Fry chicken wings in 350°F (180°C) oil until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Toss wings with sauce to coat well. Serve.
