Serves 4
- 2 cups (500 milliliters) Fryer Oil, very warm (approximately 200°F/93°C)
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) Franks ® Nashville Hot Seasoning
- 4 pounds (2 kilograms) Chicken Wings, par-cooked
- 3/4 cups (175 milliliters) Ranch Dressing
- 24 each Celery Sticks
Procedure
Prep
- In a bowl, combine oil and Frank's RedHot Nashville Hot Seasoning. Hold hot for service. Whisk well before each order to ensure consistency.
Service
- Set fryer to 350°F (180°C). For each order, fry 1 pound of wings until fully cooked and crisp.
- Toss wings with 1/2 cup seasoned oil. Plate with additional sauce drizzled over wings. Serve with ranch and celery sticks.
