Nashville Hot Wings

Crispy, smokin' hot fried wings tossed in a spicy oil seasoned with Frank's RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning.

1. In a bowl, combine oil and Frank's RedHot Nashville Hot Seasoning. Hold hot for service. Whisk well before each order to ensure consistency.

Service

1. Set fryer to 350°F (180°C). For each order, fry 1 pound of wings until fully cooked and crisp.
2. Toss wings with 1/2 cup seasoned oil. Plate with additional sauce drizzled over wings. Serve with ranch and celery sticks.
