1/2 cup (125 milliliters) Thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
In a saucepan over medium heat, simmer coconut milk, broth, sugar, curry paste, fish sauce, garlic and ginger for 5 to 7 minutes. While the curry mixture is simmering, prepare dumplings according to package directions.
Add the chicken dumplings to the green curry coconut mixture and simmer for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in basil and serve.
