Buffalo marinated chicken topped with a Frank's fiery blue cheese sauce on a Kaiser roll.
Ingredients
Frank's Blue Cheese Dressing | Serves 4
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) Blue Cheese Dressing
- 2 tbsps (30 milliliters) Franks ® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
Chicken Sandwich | Serves 4
- 4 each Chicken Breast, Boneless/Skinless, 5 Oz (140 g) Portions
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) Franks ® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 4 each Kaiser Rolls, Split
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) Prepared Frank's Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 4 Leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
Procedure
Frank's Blue Cheese Dressing
- In a bowl, combine blue cheese dressing and Buffalo Wings Sauce. Mix until evenly distributed. Hold refrigerated until service.
Prep
- Place chicken portions in buffalo wings sauce. Toss to evenly coat, cover, and marinate at least 3 hours or up to overnight.
Service
- Set grill to medium-high. For each serving, remove one portion of chicken from Buffalo Wings Sauce and grill until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Remove from grill.
- Toast Kaiser roll on grill. Spread 2 tablespoons of the Frank’s Blue Cheese Dressing on both the base and crown of the roll. Place chicken on base of roll. Top with 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles.
- Finish with lettuce, tomato, and crown of roll. Serve hot with extra Frank's Blue Cheese Dressing on the side.
