For Blue Cheese Buffalo Pizza: Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Cajun Pizza Dough Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal and turn over. Spread Buffalo wing sauce and Blue cheese salad dressing evenly on top. Arrange Mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce and dressing. Place chicken, Blue cheese, celery and peppers evenly on top of cheese. Drizzle top with extra pizza marinade for an extra burst of flavor. Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375°F. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly. Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
For Cajun Pizza Dough Marinade: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
For Garlic Flavoured Oil: Place ingredients in a saucepan and warm oil to about 200°F (95°C). Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour. Strain garlic using a kitchen sieve or cheesecloth. Store as you would normally store oils. Use as desired.
